Being in Law Enforcement and former Military, I’ve been challenged by the emotions and memories one is left with by carrying the trauma one is left with in my job, and keeping it bottled up. I’ve known Mari for 15 years. I initially met her when she managed American Laser Center, I was a client. Prior to her managing the center, the center had horrible customer service. When she started managing it, the results were obvious. Her customer service was excellent, and the workplace harmony improved due to her leadership skills. I have known Mari for approximately 27 years.  Upon meeting her I recognized her to be a very passionate personable person.   We worked and networked together for many years. I was a wedding planner at the time, and we worked on multiple trade shows together. We additionally networked with NACE (National Association of Catering Executive) and we were on the board of the local Chamber of Commerce for a few years.
